SwedNess to Host the Röntgen Ångström International Summer School 2026

SwedNess is pleased to announce that we will host the Röntgen Ångström International Summer School on 16–23 August 2026 in Varberg, Sweden.

The summer school focuses on advanced materials research using large-scale X-ray and neutron facilities. It is grounded in the German–Swedish Röntgen-Ångström-Cluster (RÅC) and brings together researchers from across the Baltic Sea region and Europe.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge research in areas linked to materials, energy, health, and the environment, all connected to major societal challenges.

Registration will open at the beginning of 2026.
